One of our prestigious clients in Saudi Arabia is looking for experienced "Business Continuity Managers" to join them immediately.

# REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/ Degree in the relevant field.
• Business Continuity Management experience preferable from financial institutes.
• 7 years of experience in Business Continuity Management functions.
• 10 years of total working experience in the relevant field. 
• Experience in Business Continuity Management documentation including Business Continuity Management plan, policies, procedure, crisis management plan, etc. and have performed Business Continuity Management Threat Risk Assessment, Business Impact Analysis, DR drills, BCM awareness session etc.
• Should be very good in communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be organized and punctual.
• Well-presented and professional.

# TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Update and maintain BCP documentation including Business Continuity Management strategy, policy, framework, and Business Continuity Management plans in accordance with applicable regulations and best standards.
• Ensure BCPs for all departments are developed, maintained, and ensure their implementation.
• Oversee the Business Continuity Management implementation activities and provide guidance to various stakeholders where required.
• Conduct and maintain Business Impact Analysis for all departments and ensure it kept up to date.
• Coordinate with different stakeholders for IT DR drills and ensure RTO and RPO are met in the drills exercise.
• Prepare status presentation for different target audience such as Business Continuity Management Committee, Risk Committee etc.
• Prepare Business Continuity Management training and awareness plan and provide trainings to all relevant stakeholder throughout the year.
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of Business Continuity Management program through developed KPIs.
• Perform threat risk assessment (TRA) in accordance with organization developed framework.
