QHSE / HSE Managers (United Arab Emirates)

One of our prestigious clients in the UAE is looking for experienced QHSE / HSE Managers to join their team immediately.

SALARY: Negotiable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to ensure workplace safety.
• Monitor HSE performance indicators and implement corrective actions.
• Provide HSE training and awareness programs for staff.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards.
• Collaborate with management to integrate HSE considerations into all operational activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a QHSE / HSE Manager in relevant industries.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor HSE teams.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant HSE certifications (NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001) preferred.
