QHSE / HSE Managers (United Arab Emirates)
Job Description
One of our prestigious clients in the UAE is looking for experienced QHSE / HSE Managers to join their team immediately.
SALARY: Negotiable
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to ensure workplace safety.
- Monitor HSE performance indicators and implement corrective actions.
- Provide HSE training and awareness programs for staff.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports.
- Ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards.
- Collaborate with management to integrate HSE considerations into all operational activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a QHSE / HSE Manager in relevant industries.
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor HSE teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant HSE certifications (NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001) preferred.
