QC Engineers (United Arab Emirates)

One of our prestigious clients based in UAE is looking for experienced Quality Control (QC) Engineers to join their team immediately.

SALARY: Negotiable (Based on experience and qualifications)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct inspections and quality audits on materials, products, and processes.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Identify non-conformities and work with production/engineering teams to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
• Participate in risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field).
• Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance in a relevant industry.
• Strong knowledge of QC methodologies, tools, and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manuals.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in UAE and adapt to local regulations.
