Site Supervisors (UAE)

One of our reputed clients in the United Arab Emirates, a well-established Aluminium and Glass company, is urgently hiring Site Supervisors with prior GCC experience to oversee installation and fabrication works.

SALARY: AED 2,750 – 3,750 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise all aluminium and glass installation works at project sites.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate between site workers, engineers, and clients.
• Prepare daily progress reports and manpower tracking.
• Resolve site-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure the project is completed within budget and specifications.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 4–6 years of site supervision experience in aluminium and glass works.
• GCC experience is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of technical drawings and construction practices.
• Ability to manage multiple teams under tight schedules.
