Aluminium Foremen (UAE)
Job Description
One of our reputed clients in the United Arab Emirates, a major player in the Aluminium & Glass fabrication industry, is urgently seeking Aluminium Foremen to oversee daily site operations and manage aluminium installation teams.
SALARY: AED 2250 - 3250 per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise aluminium fabrication and installation teams on-site.
- Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower effectively.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines.
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers for smooth workflow.
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with company regulations.
- Train and guide junior technicians as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience in aluminium and glass fabrication.
- Proven supervisory or foreman experience.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- GCC experience preferred.
