Job Description
One of our reputed clients in Dubai, a leading Contracting/Manufacturing Company, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to manage HR operations and support employee relations.
SALARY: AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Maintain leave and attendance records accurately.
- Assist with payroll support and labor law compliance.
- Manage visa processes and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations.
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations and documentation.
- Coordinate training, performance appraisals, and other HR initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in contracting or manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa procedures.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
