Factory Production Supervisors (UAE)

One of our reputed clients in Dubai, a leading Aluminum & Glass Fabrication Company, is urgently seeking experienced Factory Production Supervisors to oversee daily production operations and ensure quality and productivity standards are met.

SALARY: AED 3,000 – 3,500 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and manage daily factory production operations.
• Allocate manpower efficiently to meet production targets.
• Monitor quality control and ensure output meets company standards.
• Maintain proper production records and reporting.
• Train and guide production staff to optimize performance and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with management to resolve production issues and improve processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in aluminum & glass fabrication or production environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and quality control standards in manufacturing.
