Site Supervisors (UAE)

One of our reputed clients in Dubai, a leading Aluminum & Glass Industry, is urgently seeking experienced Site Supervisors to oversee on-site operations and ensure smooth execution of aluminum and glass projects.

SALARY: AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per project requirements.
• Manage and coordinate teams of installers, helpers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project timelines and report progress to project management.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
• Resolve on-site issues and escalate major concerns to management.
• Maintain proper documentation of site activities and manpower.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven site supervision experience in aluminum and glass installation.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, drawings, and installation procedures.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
