Driver Helpers (UAE)

One of our reputed clients in Dubai, a leading oil refinery company engaged in oil-related products in the renewable energy sector, is urgently seeking Driver Helpers to assist in the collection and transportation of oil drums.

SALARY: AED 1,700 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist drivers in loading and unloading oil drums onto company vehicles.
• Support the team in daily transportation and delivery operations.
• Ensure safety and proper handling of all materials during transport.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and work areas.
• Follow company safety procedures and UAE labor law guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Physically fit and capable of handling heavy work.
• Basic understanding of English for coordination with drivers and supervisors.
• Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts as required.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Working Days & Hours: 6 days per week, 10 hours daily.
• Weekly leave: Any one day per week; minimum 4 days per month as compensatory leave.
• Job requires physical labor and long hours; overtime/incentives are included as per company policy.
