Job Description
A reputed construction company in UAE is seeking experienced BMS Supervisors to manage building management systems for ongoing construction projects.
SALARY: AED 2,100 per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS (Building Management Systems) in construction projects.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and other automated systems.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct inspections and ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BMS systems.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates for management.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of BMS systems, automation, and electrical installations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Prior GCC experience is an advantage.
