Customer Service Representatives (UAE)

One of our prestigious clients in the UAE is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representatives to join their team immediately.

# SALARY: AED 1,700 – 2,400 + Attractive Incentives

# KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interact with customers to understand their requirements and present jewellery designs that suit their needs, budget, and taste.
• Generate sales and meet monthly sales and Old Gold purchase targets.
• Maintain stock displays and manage visual merchandising.
• Assist in stock counting, transfers, inventory management, and new stock purchases.
• Take responsibility for Old Gold purchases, ensuring approval from the respective in-charge before purchasing from customers.
• Provide professional, prompt, and friendly customer service.
• Safely transport gold/silver, cash, and valuables as instructed.
• Ensure secure custody of assigned goods and valuables.
• Maintain proper organization of lockers, keys, and stocks.
• Assist customers by guiding them to desired locations (e.g., washroom, shop, office).
• Open and close shops/offices as per scheduled hours.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor related to the role.

# REQUIREMENTS:

• Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail hours.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods (no seating allowed).
• Ability to work for 10-11 hours per day (excluding break time).
• Properly trimmed moustache allowed (no beards).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle valuables with care and responsibility.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
