Our prestigious client a leading bank broker in UAE is looking for experienced "Relations Officers - Sales (Banking & Financial Products)" to join their team immediately.

# Salary: AED 1700 ( Avg Rs. 141,000 )

• Basic - AED 1000 + Sales Incentives (Commissions)
• Other Allowances - AED 700 (Food, Transportation & Accommodation)
• Free Medical Insurance

# Duties & Responsibilities :

• Identify potential banking and financial services clients through market research, networking, and other lead-generation techniques.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within banks and financial institutions.
• Understand client's needs and objectives and propose suitable solutions to meet their requirements.
• Present the company's products and services to potential clients, articulating the value proposition and benefits.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to each client's specific needs.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, including negotiation, contract signing, and post-sales follow-up.
• Work closely with internal marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding market demands, customer preferences, and product improvements.

# Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or HND or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of banking products, financial services, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
