Job Description
One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Cook (Indian Breakfast) to join their team immediately.
SALARY: KWD 120 – 130
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare Indian breakfast items such as dosa, idli, chapati, poori, and curries.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Prepare ingredients and manage daily breakfast production.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Follow food safety and kitchen safety standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
- Ensure timely preparation and service.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in preparing Indian breakfast items.
- Good knowledge of Indian cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work 12-hour duty shifts.
- Physically fit and able to work under pressure.
- Commitment to hygiene and quality standards.
