Saudi company bond / bond period legal da?
LegalSaudi offer eke 2 year bond clause - leave before nm 5000 SAR penalty. Enforceable da? SL eke same honoring one da?

Many companies use this clause to retain staff. Negotiate down before sign.

Get legal advice if bond amount large. Small amount nm usually ignore and move on.

Saudi Labour Law allows training bonds. But must be reasonable - actual training costs only.

If no specific training given, bond clause courts may not uphold. But still risky to challenge.

Practically - if you leave and return SL, enforcement in SL very difficult. But Saudi entry ban possible.
