Job change during probation UAE - can I leave?
LegalUAE work krnne 2 months vuna. Probation 3 months kiyanawa. Don't like this company - different from what promised. Meka leave karanna legal da? Ban gahanna puluwnda?

Before 2022 ban thiyna. Now new labour law under ban naha for most cases. But confirm with MOHRE website.

I left after 2 months no issue. New company handled everything. But had experience so easy to find new job.

Leave before 6 months nm sometimes company claim visa costs back. Careful. Read contract.
