Kuwait labor law - gratuity after 10 years
LegalKuwait 10 years full. Gratuity calculation mokakda? Company saying 15 days per year only. Correct da?

Kuwait Labour Law - 15 working days for first 5 yrs, then 30 days from year 6+. Based on last drawn wage. 10 yrs = (15x5 + 30x5) / 26 x monthly salary.

Keep all salary slips from day 1. Proof important when claim.

'Last drawn wage' not basic only sometimes - full salary. Check law article 51. Calculate yourself.

If company calculate wrong, Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour complaint karanna.
